Adrian is a Partner at Success Labs, where she applies her expertise in leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational growth to help clients navigate complex business challenges. With a background as Chief Growth Officer at ThreeSixtyEight and founder of Lady Jones Consulting, Adrian brings a unique blend of creative problem-solving and analytical skills to her role. She is a Gallup-Certified strengths coach, certified Enneagram facilitator, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in leadership and emerging technology at Louisiana State University. She holds a bachelor’s in Classical Studies from Oklahoma State University. Adrian also instructs on leadership development through LSU's Leadership Development Institute.

Adrian's passion for community development is reflected in her extensive involvement in local organizations. She is a Sustaining Member and Community Advisory Board Member of the Junior League of Baton Rouge, a board member of Red Stick Leaders for Students, the chamber’s Leadership Baton Rouge Alumni board, and was recently appointed to the Baton Rouge Community College Foundation board, and serves as an appointee on the BREC Communications and Information Services committee. An advocate for innovative learning, Adrian believes in the power of play and gaming to develop critical technical and leadership skills. When not helping organizations reach new heights, Adrian can be found tending to her camellia and monarch butterfly garden or enjoying poetry by Mary Oliver.
