At Success Labs, we’re thrilled to welcome Leah Costanza to our team as our newest intern. Leah brings fresh energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to grow in her professional journey. We recently sat down with Leah for a quick Q&A to get to know her better and share her story with our community.
Q&A with Leah Costanza
Q: Tell us a little about yourself! Where are you from, and what are you studying?
A: I’m from Fort Worth, TX, and I recently graduated from LSU where I studied Business Management with a concentration in Strategic Leadership. I’ve always been passionate about helping others succeed, connecting through marketing, and applying strategic best practices in business. I love learning and executing strategies that make a real impact, and I’m excited to bring that mindset to Success Labs.
Q: What drew you to the internship with Success Labs?
A: Success Labs’ focus on leadership development and organizational growth immediately stood out to me. I’ve always been interested in helping teams work better together, and this internship felt like the perfect opportunity to contribute while learning from top consultants. I’m especially eager to gain real-world consulting experience and explore how leadership strategies drive business success.
Q: What’s one thing you’re most excited to learn or accomplish during this internship?
A: I’m looking forward to getting hands-on experience in consulting and leadership development—whether it’s participating in workshops, learning from experts, or working alongside the team. I also have a strong interest in brand marketing, so I’m eager to explore how marketing strategies influence engagement and business growth. My goal is to develop a well-rounded skill set that allows me to effectively communicate brand value, drive engagement, and contribute meaningfully to both leadership development and marketing efforts at Success Labs.
Q: Do you have any mentors or role models who inspire you in your career journey?
A: Absolutely! My biggest role model is my mom—a single mother who built her own company from the ground up while raising four daughters. Watching her navigate challenges with determination and resilience has been incredibly inspiring. She’s shown me what strong leadership looks like, and I hope to follow in her footsteps by pursuing my goals with the same passion and work ethic.
Q: When you’re not working at Success Labs, what do you like to do for fun?
A :I love fashion—whether it’s keeping up with trends, watching runway shows for inspiration, or planning outfits. Styling allows me to express my creativity and attention to detail. I also enjoy traveling, and one of my most memorable experiences was studying abroad. Getting to immerse myself in different cultures broadened my perspective and reinforced my love for exploration.
Q: How do you hope to make an impact during your time at Success Labs?
A: I hope to make a meaningful impact by contributing to marketing efforts, supporting leadership development projects, and assisting consultants in workshops. I’m excited to learn how Success Labs helps organizations grow and explore how my skills can add value. My goal is to gain experience in both consulting and marketing while supporting the team in any way I can.
