At Success Labs, we’re thrilled to welcome Izabella Erazo to our team as our newest Leadership Development Intern. Izabella brings fresh energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to grow in her professional journey. We recently sat down with Leah for a quick Q&A to get to know her better and share her story with our community.

Q: Tell us a little about yourself! Where are you from, and what are you studying?

A: Hi! My name is Izabella Erazo. I’m from New Orleans, Louisiana, and currently entering my senior year at LSU. I’m majoring in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Communication Studies.

Q: What drew you to Success Labs and this internship opportunity?

A: I was drawn to Success Labs because of its people-first mindset and focus on helping others grow as leaders. I really admire how the team supports organizations through clear communication and smart strategy. From the start, it felt like a place where I could learn a lot and contribute alongside a group of strong, experienced women.

Q: What are you most looking forward to learning or working on during your time here?

A: I’m especially excited to dig deeper into how strategy and communication intersect—whether that’s through blogs, newsletters, or leadership labs. I love crafting communication that not only sounds good but makes people feel seen and supported, and I’m looking forward to practicing that more here.

Q: How do you hope to grow professionally during this internship?

A: I want to strengthen my ability to communicate with intention—especially in a professional setting where language shapes culture and impact. I hope to build more confidence in my voice, sharpen my strategic thinking, and learn what it really looks like to lead through communication.

Q: What’s a fun fact about you that most people wouldn’t guess?

A: A fun fact about me is that I have dual citizenship! I was born in Santiago, Chile and lived there for my first year before moving to New Orleans, Louisiana.

Q: Who or what inspires you?

A: My grandmother has always been my biggest inspiration. She was one of the first 100 female lawyers in Louisiana, and even at 82, she’s still working. Her dedication constantly motivates me to keep pushing forward.

Q: Outside of work and school, how do you like to spend your time?

A: I love going on walks, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my friends and family. I’m also always working on perfecting my Canva skills—it’s my favorite creative outlet.

We can’t wait to see all the great things Izabella will accomplish during her time at Success Labs. Her passion for growth and learning is already inspiring, and we’re so glad to have her on board. Stay tuned for updates as Izabella dives into exciting projects with us!
